Broccoli: Another superfood in terms of its vitamin C composition. Although, it also provides good doses of vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin B6, and fiber. It is considered an anti-cancer food.


Tomato: Noted for its vitamin C and lycopene content. It provides few calories, is rich in water, and allows a large number of gastronomic elaborations. Due to its characteristics, it is considered a great free radical neutralizer and cholesterol reducer.

Almonds and walnuts: These are two of the most beneficial nuts for health. Both provide a good amount of fatty acids to the body.

Olive oil: A jewel of Mediterranean gastronomy. It is cataloged by many nutrition experts and great chefs as liquid gold, due to its characteristics and properties. It is an antioxidant product that prevents the formation of bad cholesterol. A full-fledged superfood.
